We offer personal fitness training indoor or outdoors in the privacy of your home, at a gym or public space, for singles couples or group sessions, cardio, fitness, weight management, rehabilitation and information about health, fitness and wellness, for people who want to train right, follow your progress, feel healthy and have fun.
The 5 classic components of fitness are muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Although there are other subsets like power and speed.

Gift Certificates
Individual gift certificates and treatment vouchers are available and can be purchased either in person or reserved over the telephone or by email. Discounts for purchase of multiple treatment vouchers are as shown below:
Rates
One to one personal training €75.- per hour.
Personal training for small groups (max. 4 people) €120.- per hour.
Personal training for big groups (over 4 people) €180.- per hour.
Classes of choice for groups over 4 participants €25.- per person per hour.

Voucher for 5 sessions: 10% discount
Voucher for 10 sessions: 20% discount
Voucher for 20 sessions: 30% discount
